Citroen took advantage of the Shanghai Motor Show to unveil the long awaited Citroen DS5, a crossover that exhibit coming to the top of its premium range.

With a length of 4.52 m and a width of 1.85 m, the Citroen DS5 is a mix between wagon, minivan and sedan.
The front features the latest styling cues of the house with a very ribbed hood, a wide grille ready to devour the road, huge air intakes and lights to LED.
The sides feature a chromed rocker that file from the front of the box to the rear wheel arches.

The back, packed, has a very small telescope and a high enough threshold loading under which we see two beautiful chrome exhaust tips ovoid shape.
Citroen announces a 465 liter chest and fires have also Led.
Inside, there are leather seats with the same that we had seen in the DS4, a center console with a scroll wheel and multimedia on the dashboard screen a large informative.

Rated engines, there is talk of a diesel-electric combination of the same ilk as the 3008 Hybrid4 with 200 horsepower.
The DS5 will therefore have all-wheel drive through electric motors acting on the rear axles.
Commercialization is scheduled for late 2011 and the base rate has not been communicated
